Makaronnik z Myasom

Ingredients:
250g noodles
250g meat
1 pc egg
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
Sour cream

Cooking Procedure:
1. Grind meat in the mincer, add salt and stir thoroughly.
2. Boil noodles in salted water(for every 100 g noodles is 2 c water), strain them.
3. Add uncooked egg and salt if needed, stir carefully.
4. Put a half of noodles evenly in the baking pan greased with butter. Put ground meat evenly and cover with the rest of noodles. sprinkle with butter and bake in a well heated oven until makaronnik is light brown (20-25 mins).
5. Best served hot with sour cream and bread sticks.
