
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Shrimp
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Canola Oil
1 tablespoon Magnolia Gold Butter
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
4 cloves Garlic
Cooking Procedure:
1. Heat a pan, put the cooking oil followed by butter, this will prevent butter from burning.
2. Put the garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add in the Shrimp, salt and mayonnaise. Mix well. Cook covered in a low fire for 5 minutes, stirring it once in a while.
4. Put on a serving platter, garnish with parsley. Serve while hot.
