Ingredients:
1 package of sausages
for the Dough:
1.5 dl water or milk
15 g of yeast (ferment)
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
3 dl wheat flour
Cooking Procedure:
1. Dissolve the yeast into warm water or milk. Mix among the salt, the oil and the flour.
2. Knead the dough smoothly. Let it rise in a warm place.
3. Fell the dough on the baking paper and split it in to 10 pieces.
4. Roll out the pieces to round plates, and then roll them around the sausages.
5. Let the roles rise for another 10 minutes.
6. Bake the rolls in a 225 degrees C oven for 10 minutes.
7. Arrange the rolls in a serving platter with salad.
