
Ingredients:
1 lb pork kasim
1 cup wine vinegar
3 cups water
2 cloves minced garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
pinch of cumin seed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
Cooking Procedure:
1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Put pork in the mixture and marinate it in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
3. Then sauté meat until tender.
4. Serve with vegetables.
Tip: You can also use any meat substitute to pork, best if it is boneless.
