Beef Mango

Ingredients:
1 lb beef steak
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp rice wine
2 tsp cornstarch
1 fresh mango
1 1/2 tbsp peanut oil
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine 

Cooking Procedure:
1. Cut the beef into thick 1/4 in x 2 in slices and put them into a bowl.
2. Add the light soy sauce, rice wine, and cornstarch and mix well.
3. Peel and cut the mangoes into thick slices.
4. Heat a wok or large frying pan until it is very hot, then pour in the oil.
5. Add the beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes to brown.
6. Add the soy sauces and 1 tsp rice wine and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
7. Add the mangoes, simmer for few minutes.
8. Give the mixture a final turn and serve with rice.
