Ingredients:
6 pieces Asparagus
6 pieces Bacon strips
A pinch of ground Black pepper
Quick-melt cheese, grated
Loose leaf Lettuce for garnishing
Cooking Procedure:
1. Wrap each asparagus with bacon.
2. Season with pepper and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Cook on a microwave oven for few minutes or until the cheese melted.
4. Put the lettuce in a serving platter then arrange the bacon wrapped asparagus. Serve as an appetizer.
